• Validated 402,695 execute_intents calls across seven days using distinct receipts and one-to-one outcome matching

to prevent inflated counts.

• Found that one submitting account accounted for 95.06% of failures: the overall failure rate was 30.50%, versus

2.12% for other accounts, showing why aggregate rates need account-level context.

• Decoded 502,916 signed items across seven signing formats to examine 147,573 signer identifiers, repeat

participation and activity concentration.

• Published five reproducible charts, SQL queries, exports and methodology notes, with explicit limits on receipt-level

outcomes and execution-cost estimates.
